Meet Kendahl Sipes, a second generation Real Estate agent with almost 20 years of experience. As the daughter of a successful agent, Kendahl has inherited a wide variety of skills and knowledge in real estate. Born and raised in Puyallup, Washington, Kendahl is an expert in Pierce County Real Estate and knowledgeable of the local market trends. She is unique in that she also specializes in vacation homes and properties in Eastern Washington. Specifically, in the golf community of Desert Aire, located on the Columbia River, where she and her family are also a part of the community.

Kendahl is the mother of twin boys, Anthony and Jacob, who are 15 years old. She has been in Real Estate since 2001 and a licensed agent since 2003. In 2022, Kendahl was a Double Gold recipient for Keller Williams. She is passionate about Real Estate and strives to be open and honest with her clients.
